Our Founders

FNF Coliving was founded by Saurabh Sapra, whose deep expertise and years of hands-on experience in real estate laid the foundation for the company’s vision and growth. From scouting prime properties to ensuring high-quality living standards, Saurabh has built FNF from the ground up and continues to drive its expansion across cities. Alongside him, Garvita Arora, a Hansraj College, Delhi University graduate with a strong background in commerce and data analytics, contributes to FNF’s digital growth, customer experience, and operational strategy.
