Our Founders

FNF Coliving was founded by Saurabh Sapra, whose deep expertise and years of hands-on experience in real estate laid the foundation for the company’s vision and growth. From scouting prime properties to ensuring high-quality living standards, Saurabh has built FNF from the ground up and continues to drive its expansion across cities.

Alongside him, Vishal Sapra, a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Co-Founder, brings strong financial acumen and strategic oversight to the organization. His expertise in financial planning, compliance, and business operations has played a key role in establishing FNF Coliving as a sustainable and scalable venture.

The leadership team is further strengthened by Garvita Arora, a Hansraj College, Delhi University graduate with a strong background in commerce and data analytics. She contributes significantly to FNF’s digital growth, customer experience, and operational strategy, helping the company stay aligned with evolving market needs and tenant expectations.
